Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and MedArise, Inc. ("MedArise", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and our AI healthcare workforce platform. By accessing the site or utilizing our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.
2. Nature of Services and Medical Disclaimer
MedArise provides AI-driven administrative and revenue cycle management solutions for healthcare practices. We are a technology service provider, not a healthcare provider. Our autonomous agents process administrative workflows, coding, and billing data based on the parameters set by your clinic. MedArise does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The responsibility for ultimate clinical decisions and final patient billing compliance remains solely with the healthcare provider.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services—including but not limited to our proprietary AI architectures, machine learning models, agent logic, source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content")—are owned or controlled by MedArise, Inc., and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform strictly per your service agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
By using MedArise properties, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete configuration data for our models.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Properly handle Human Exception Triggers identified by our autonomous agents in a timely manner.
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local healthcare regulations regarding data validity.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our AI services. ROI benchmarks and performance metrics presented explicitly depend on operational contexts and onboarding maturity, and are not absolute guarantees.
